Squatters -- or a Bad House

I am wanting to move into this beautiful home, the practices of the previous tenants are very unethical, they are what you call squatters(they move into places and never pay rent)they also have a very bad/dishonest lifestyle. What practices can I do to the home before I move in to feel at peace? Thank you

What happens in a house is typically the result of what is built into the house. A building and its surroundings affect the occupants. That is one of the basic tenets of feng shui.
Keep in mind that a bad house is a bad house, no matter who occupies it. If there are problems now with a house, they don’t just disappear because there are new occupants.
It is likely that similar troubles will affect any occupants!
You have to change the building or its surroundings to change its effects on occupants. To know what to change, you have to have a good analysis by a competent practitioner. This tells you what is occurring and why, and how it must be remedied.
By the way, your comments about the current occupants can be construed as slander. Best to hire a feng shui practitioner — and a lawyer.
