I live in an apartment with a balkony which is located in the back side of the building (it haw view only to the back side of the buding. To create the natal chart of my apartment, what am I using? The facing of the buiding or the facing of my apartment?

You have to read the environment and the building first. It is the only way to understand the apartment.

Keep in mind that sitting and facing can be based on the environment, including any slope to the property, more than the characteristics of the building — and even experienced practitioners can get it wrong.
