There is a speed bump that has been installed on my street, which is in a gated community. The speed limit here is 15 MPH, and the bump goes from north to south across the street. My home is in line with the speed bump on the outside corner of a built in flower box. Is it true that this will hinder the chi due to the speedbump?

Compare the size of your house and the size of the speed bump. What do you think?
Geomagnetic effects don’t typically run down speed bumps, which are usually made of asphalt. They do run down shrubs, trees, power lines, and fences.
If the speed bump lined up with the flower box and the flower box was several feet long and several feet high, and both of these were aligned with your front door or garage, looking somewhat like things standing in line to come into the house, then my advice would be to use another door when there are geomagnetic storms, and put vegetation between the door and the things pointing at the door.
