A "cleansing" for a divorce house?

We are purchasing a house that the couple is getting a divorce. I have heard that we should cleanse the house prior to moving in. What would you suggest?
Answer
Divorce can be “built into” a home because of its age and orientation. It is also possible that the divorce was caused by the main reason married people argue: money. Perhaps the house is bad for money, or bad for relationships — or both.
Only a competent feng shui practitioner knows for certain.
It is impossible for one of those New Age cleansing rituals to get rid of the divorce combination (1-2 or 2-1, typically at the heart or the couple’s bedroom), because rituals cannot change the orientation or age of a house. Nor can these rituals remove money problems or anything else that has been built into a house.
